Privacy notice
How Finance Magic handles information in the online private-health journey.
Last reviewed 1 September 2026Who controls your data
Ever North Limited, trading as Finance Magic, is the controller for information collected through this site. Company number 10216011; ICO registration ZA336026. Registered office: Ground Floor, Rainham House, Manor Way, Rainham, RM13 8RH.
What V1 collects
The initial online brief may collect identity and contact details, address, cover audience, general cover priorities, business or international scope, attribution and consent records. Do not enter diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, bank details or identity documents into the initial form.
Medical or underwriting information must only be provided later through an approved secure process with the relevant privacy information.
Why we use it
We use information to create and administer your cover brief, provide requested services, meet regulatory and security obligations, prevent misuse and—only where you opt in—send marketing. Legal bases can include contract steps at your request, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent.
Sharing and processors
Access is limited to authorised Finance Magic/Ever North personnel and providers needed to operate the journey. Cloudflare provides website delivery, edge security and Turnstile abuse prevention. Google Workspace stores and administers the temporary V1 lead record. When you choose to progress, relevant information may also be shared with insurers, intermediaries, professional advisers or regulators where appropriate.
Retention
Enquiry and advice records may be retained for at least six years where required for regulatory, legal, complaint or claims purposes. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and records are deleted or anonymised when the applicable purpose and retention period end.
Your rights and contact
Subject to UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object and receive certain data. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. For privacy requests use the online contact route at ever-north.com/contact or email director@evernorth.uk.com.
